Unboxing Canon G7X Mark II

Heyya...

Previously, I have been taking photos using smartphone and Olympus Pen EP-1 which I bought 6 years ago.. Olympus PEN E-P1

The Pen EP-1 is getting old and the processor is slow comparing with the latest cameras..

This time, I have decided to have a Point & Shoot camera which is easy for me to bring during riding, travelling and snap photos of food.

Also, I'm starting to do Vlog-ing while travelling..

I bought the Canon G7X Mark II from Shashinki.com for RM2,173.00 with 1-Year Warranty by Canon Malaysia.. I had to wait for almost 14 days to arrive due to stock delay by Canon Malaysia.

Canon G7X Mark II Specs:

Sensor 20.1 Megapixel*, 1.0-inch CMOS (sensor aspect ratio: 3:2)
Focal Length
8.8 (W) – 36.8 (T) mm (35mm film equivalent: 24-100mm)

1-1/2000 sec. (in Auto mode)
15 -1/2000 sec. (in all shooting modes)
BULB (in M mode only)
1/8 minimum in Manual Movie Mode
ISO
ISO 125-6400 (in Auto mode)
Max. ISO Speed in P mode is ISO 12800

Storage Media
SD/SDHC/SDXC and UHS-I Memory Cards
Dimensions
4.15 x 2.40 x 1.65 in. / 105.5 x 60.9 x 42.0mm
Weight
Approx. 11.3 oz. / 319g (including battery and memory card)
Approx. 10.4 oz. / 294g (camera body only)
I love the WIFI connectivity of the camera. It is easy to connect to smartphones or laptop to transfer photos and videos. I can also control the camera for photo shooting from the smartphone or laptop.

The Sardine Restaurant, Seminyak Bali

Heyya,

We have discovered a new chill out place in Seminyak, Bali where we could have a meal and drinks with a great view of Padi field without going to Ubud.

The Sardine is charming restaurant and while it is in Petitenget Seminyak. Housed in a striking bamboo structure, overlooking a vista of endless rice paddy field.

We discovered The Sardins as we were staying at Summerhome Umasari.

The Sardine serves Indonesian, Mediterranean cuisines and Tapas if you would have drinks by the rice paddy fields.

You may need to make reservations for a table because tables are very limited, especially facing the rice paddy fields.
