Heyya..

just wanna add more photos of the opening of Coliseum Cafe & Grill Room @ Jaya 33..
We kicked off from Bikes World @ Glenmarie Shah Alam.. Bikes World is an authorized dealer of Moto Guzzi and also carries few other bike names such as Harley Davidson, Ducati and etc..

Reached Jaya 33, PJ at 12.00 pm sharp as planned.. luckily Federal Highway traffic wasn't heavy..

We stayed until 4.00 pm as the beer was kept pouring into our glasses by this lovely lady, Yuki..

Coliseum Cafe & Grill Room @ Jaya 33, PJ

Heyya..

When i was young, i used to have Coliseum steaks along Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman back in 80's and early 90's.. those were the days when my parents brought me for movies at Coliseum cinema.. i could still remember its slippery floor and buttery sizzling scent on the restaurant settings..

Last weekend a group of Harley Davidson and Moto Guzzi was invited for a launch of Coliseum Cafe & Grill Room at Jaya 33..

We arrived at noon and soon, they launched the restaurant..

 It was only a restaurant launch, hence we could only taste the served buffet meal...

Surely, this week i will dine at the new Coliseum to compare the new and the classic taste served at the old restaurant..

I would recommend the Coliseum steak house at Jaya 33 because i feel much safer to dine here in evening rather than at Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman.. i just don't feel safe and insecure to walk in the dark alley from the parking lot to the restaurant behind of Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman..

Motul Shine & Go Cleaner Spray for the Road Glide..

Heyya..

Previously when i had the bmw GS Adventure, i only washed the bike ONCE.. normally i will let the rain (during riding) to wash the dirt.. yeah i know, the rain won't wash the bike clean but it's an adventure bike and it supposed to look 'dirty' and 'seasoned' because i am not an adventure poser.. hehee

The Harley Davidson Road Glide gets washed/wiped every time i reach my destination.. it can be either in Thailand or even at my condo basement.. To make it handy, i would bring Motul Shine & Go Cleaner Spray every where i go..

Motul Shine & Go Cleaner:

• Revives paintwork, dries evenly & leaves a protective water repellant dry sheen.
• Silicone based spray to polish your bike frame and components 
• It gives a deep clean shine when used on a dry clean bike. 
• Cleans off those nasty black marks and gives a super shine.
• It even smells like oranges too!

The Motul Shine & Go Cleaner Spray bottle (400ml) can be easily placed in the Road Glide saddle bags.. 

I would clean the Road Glide after the bike gets cooled.. The Motul Shine & Go Cleaner is very easy to use.. just give couple of spray/squirt of any part of the bike and wipe it off with a clean piece of cloth..

The liquid chemical does not harm the bike paint and chrome parts.. it removes bug stains and bird droppings easily.. but with fresh road tar stains, i may need to buff the area little bit more and it still can be removed..

Having a Harley Davidson, it has to be always at pristine, autoshow condition where people usually reach their mobile phones or cameras and snap photos.. It is definitely an icon of automotive...

Harley Davidson Dunlop Rear Tyre (D407)

Heyya..

Not all tires are suitable for Harley Davidson.. especially the Touring family.. My Harley Davidson is Road Glide Custom (FLTRX), a breed of Touring Bike..

With the heavy fully loaded weight of 400 kg, it needs a hard compound of rear tire and can last up to 30,000 km of mileage..

Harley Davidson has specifically specified to use only approved Dunlop tires.. the only tyre can be used is Dunlop's D407..

The Dunlop's D407 rear tyre is kinda costly in Malaysia.. this is the most expensive rear tyre i have every paid after owning the BMW GS Adventure.. no doubt the D407 would last long and it could support the 400++ kg of bike weight excluding the rider and pillion weights..

The availability of the D407 (rear tyre) and D408 (front tyre) are limited in Malaysia.. For rear D407, it is sold at Harley Davidson Kuala Lumpur for RM1,250.00 a piece excluding labour..

I have been told to change the wheel bearings when changing the tyre.. it is recommended to do so as i wanna have a perfect long distance ride with a peace of mind.. each of the bearing would cost RM130.00 each and there are 2 pieces of bearings for each wheel..
