The Sardine Restaurant, Seminyak Bali

Heyya,

We have discovered a new chill out place in Seminyak, Bali where we could have a meal and drinks with a great view of Padi field without going to Ubud.

The Sardine is charming restaurant and while it is in Petitenget Seminyak. Housed in a striking bamboo structure, overlooking a vista of endless rice paddy field.

We discovered The Sardins as we were staying at Summerhome Umasari.

The Sardine serves Indonesian, Mediterranean cuisines and Tapas if you would have drinks by the rice paddy fields.

You may need to make reservations for a table because tables are very limited, especially facing the rice paddy fields.

Summerhome Umasari, Seminyak Bali

Heyya..

On the first day we arrived in Bali, we still could not check in at our wedding villa at The Sanctus Villa Uluwatu as we arrived 1 day earlier.

Therefore we checked in at Summerhome Umasari in Petitenget, Seminyak.

The Summerhome Umasari is a mini boutique hotel and it is located in a quiet alleyway of bungalow area of Seminyak and the hotel built up isn’t big but the design is beautiful. The room is very spacious and cozy.

We booked Double Bed room for RM190.00 including breakfast via Agoda.com.

Ayam Tulang Lunak Malioboro, Denpasar Bali

Heyya…

Just wanna share with you every time I visit Bali, I always look forward to go to Ayam Tulang Lunak Malioboro. The restaurant is located very close to Denpasar Airport and usually we have our lunch before leaving Bali.
 Bebek Presto Bakar

Ayam Tulang Lunak Malioboro serves pressurized fried chicken eaten with rice. The pressurized fried chicken has tender meat, covered with crispy skin.

We usually have Ayam Presto Goreng Crispy, Ayam Presto Telur Asin and Tahu Telur. The dish usually serves with spicy Indonesia sambal goreng.

Ayam Presto Goreng Crispy (70,000 Rupiah)

Ayam Presto Telur Asin (86,000 Rupiah)

Tahu Telur (41,000 Rupiah)

We really love the Telur Asin (salted egg) gravy and Malioboro are very generous with the Telur Asin gravy.
A complete meal for 2-3 persons with drinks costs nearly 300,000 Rupiah.

Aston Sunset Beach Resort, Gili Trawangan

Heyya,

In Gili Trawangan, we would recommend to stay at Aston Sunset Beach Resort as its design is more modern and its facilities are much better than Ombak Sunset Resort.

Aston’s swimming pool is more attractive and more fun to relax. Apart of these, I can also say that Aston’s choices of food at its restaurant are much better and more choices than Ombak Sunset Resort. Price per night, Aston Sunset Beach Resort is slightly cheaper than Ombak Sunset Resort.
